  I have given them so many chances and they let me down every single time. t
  Tonight, my son was served hard, cold, overcooked, dried out fries. I finally asked him why he wasn't eating them and he said they were awful. I asked the waitress to please take the fries off our bill, and she was rude about it, acting like we were making it up when you can see they are all still there. You would think a manager would come out and say, "hey we're sorry" but they must not care. I will not set foot in t his place again. Half the time we've been there, the meat is so dried out and overcooked you can't even chew it. I wanted to give zero stars, but it won't let you post the review.

  I can't give this location any better than just okay, or three stars. The food is great the service is great, and it's rarely crowded and always quiet. But part of what makes Buckingham's so great is the atmosphere, and this one is vastly different from the others. It's not bad, in fact if you like bar b que, you will be happy eating here, but for me, it's just so off from other Buckingham's that I can't claim to like it or love it. So only three stars from me.

  Consistently good food, excellent service. They are also efficient during the rush. On our last visit the server was amazing, she was very friendly and accommodating. It was late and our children were a bit tired and grumpy, but she put their orders in first and got them talking and laughing. The staff seemed to be having a good time, making it much more enjoyable. Another reviewer mentioned that Buckingham's is pricey, BBQ is one of those things where you really do get what you pay for and cheap BBQ ain't worth it!
